Dr. Paul R. Horwitz founded Tucson Eye Physicians, P.L.L.C. in 1987 to provide quality diagnosis, medical and surgical management of ophthalmic diseases including laser therapy.

In conjunction with Dr. Peter H. Kaufer, Tucson Eye Physicians provides consistent, compassionate, comprehensive eye care in a relaxed, professional setting. Our patients always see one of our physicians every visit and we are available 24/7 for our established patient clientele.

In addition to his clinic, Dr. Horwitz continues taking a very active role in Pima County and serves on numerous boards including serving as the President of the Pima County Board of Health.
